I needs it. I need to EXERCISE. I putter enough around the house to keep semi-active, but I need to get some new weights. The ones I have aren't heavy enough for me and don't give me much resistance anymore. So, today I'm off to find some heavier hand weights.
I also need to clean E's (daughter's) room, organize, toss away some old toys, organize her room. Then I'll move onto mine. Hopefully I can do this before it gets too hot upstairs. We have no air conditioner up there. Boo!
Anyway, Food Journal so far:
Breakfast:
1 egg
1 egg white
1 piece of sunflower bread (multi-grain)
1 teaspoon sugar-free jelly
Total Points: 3.5
Lunch:
Ham sandwich toasted (2 pieces of sunflower bread + 3 oz of boar's head black forest ham)
au jus (1/3 cup) - 0.5 points worth
Smoothie made with: 1/23 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup of crystal light (grape).
Total: 5.5
Snack:
1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich
1 bag 100 calorie popcorn (microwave)
Total: 2 points
Dinner:
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
9 veggie dumplings
Whole wheat roll (2)
Total: 10
Total for Day: 21
