Morning:
veggie/egg scrambler made with:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 a potato (cubed, boiled for 15 min, then fried with peppers and onions and Pam)
1 oz 2% velveeta
Total Points: 5

Lunch:
Polenta Fries (made with sun dried tomato+garlic polenta, yellow corn meal, oregano and salt/pepper).
homemade marinara sauce
Total Points: 6

Dinner:
8 ground turkey wontons
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
stirfry made with onions, peppers, zucchini, carrots, celery
1 cup brown rice
Total Points: 10

After Dinner snack:
WW ice cream sandwich
Total Points: 2

Grand Total (so far): 22
