The hardest thing for me is nighttime. I always have serious cravings at night. My doctor told me that if I HAVE to eat something after 8pm, to eat something high in protein (low carbs). So, the last few nights I've eaten a strip of deli turkey and that's actually helped quite a bit. The sooner I can re-train my brain into thinking it needs those carbs/sugars right before bed, the better, right?
Another thing I've added to the mix is white tea in the morning. It has less calories and more antioxidents.
Here's to hoping I can hang on until the end of the year (barring any "bad days" I have for Turkey day or Christmas).
