I'm doing ok. It's Day 4 of getting back on track. Usually days 2 and 3 are the worst, so hopefully I'm just about over the "OMG, I must EAT ALL THE TIME" mind frame.
I bought some new jeans yesterday that fit really well, a new top and new pair of nice black dress slacks. The slacks are super cool because you can adjust the back to make them smaller, so that will be great as I venture into the size below. I'm right in between and 18 and a 20 now. 2o's are almost too big and 18's are a little snug. Cannot wait until I'm past this mark. I'm definitely utilizing the belts a lot lately which feels good, but can get annoying.
My ultimate size is a size 9. I would be so happy to be a 9. I haven't been a size 9 since high school. And what's funny about that? I used to think I was so HUGE to be a size 9 (when I was younger). How messed up is that?
Now, it's my dream.
